I currently work for ADT Fire and Security based in Norwich as a Technical Support Engineer, I’ve been at ADT now for 15 years. I love the job as I don’t know where i’m working from day to day or what problems i’ll be faced with to solve! Never a dull moment.
Interests :
I love building and maintaining websites, I’m currently look forward the Wolsey Scouts and Ipswich Gang Show websites. It gives me a chance to play around with php programming and a bit a java, still have a lot to learn.
I’m an active member of the Scout Association in the Scout Active Support section, we assist and give active support to the District and Groups, I organise the District Swimming Gala and help out at many other events. Also Scouting give me the chance to carry out some of my other interests, Hillwalking, Canoeing and Sailing.
One of my great interests is the Theatre, and Stage Lighting. when ever I go to see a show I must spend more time looking at the lighting then the show. I’m actively involved with the Ipswich Gang Show and as Show Technician my main role is to look after the lighting. This includes design, planning, set up rigging, focusing and driving the lighting desk. I love it, all those Gadgets!
And that brings me to my over love, Gadgets!
